This Privacy Notice explains what personal data (information) we hold about you when you register to receive the Thesis Market Commentary or the News Update or to give us feedback via our website at www.thesisam.com, how we collect it, and how we use and may share information about you. Thesis Asset Management Limited (‘Company’) is a ‘data controller’ and gathers and uses certain information about you.
For subscribers to the Thesis Market Commentary and visitors giving feedback: we collect your name and email address and information about your website usage collected using cookies.
For subscribers to the News Update: we collect you name, company name and email address and information about your website usage collected using cookies.
We collect this information from you directly when you sign up to receive the Thesis Market Commentary and/or News Update or to give feedback via our website.
We collect and use this information to send you the Thesis Market Commentary and/or the News Update, as requested, or to improve our service.
We would like to send you information about our products and services, which may be of interest to you. Please go to www.thesisam.com to register your preferences. If you have consented to receive marketing literature from us, you may opt out later. You have the right to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes at any time. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact email@example.com.
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other organisations.
Information may be held at our offices and at our external email management company’s data centre, which is based in the UK. Information will not be transferred internationally to other countries around the world.
We will keep your information until you request to unsubscribe from receiving the Thesis Market Commentary and/or News Update or until we have dealt with your feedback.

Our Head of Compliance will provide you with further information about the right to be forgotten, if you ask for it. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. This also extends to our subcontractors.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

This Privacy Notice was created to be effective from 25 May 2018.
