David has a degree in Biochemistry from Cardiff University and a post-graduate qualification from City University Business School. He began his City career at Societe Generale before taking up a role managing the portfolios of ultra-high net worth investors. David specialises in advising high net worth families, estates and institutions heading the Private Office services of Thesis.

Matt studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. He joined Thesis in 2000 to develop the firm’s data analytics and information architecture. He subsequently took charge of the research team, overseeing asset allocation together with equity, bond and fund selection. He now works with clients of the Private Office. Matt is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Fellow of CISI and a Member of the Society of Professional Economists.

Following her graduation from the University of Sussex, Sue worked in the media sector before joining Thesis’ Chichester Investment Team. In 2016 she moved to the firm’s Private Office, providing bespoke investment services to high net worth individuals, family offices, charities and funds. Sue holds the Chartered Wealth Manager designation, having completed the CISI Level 7 Diploma in Wealth Management.

Kelly studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Chichester and joined Thesis Asset Management in 2015 shortly after graduating. She joined the dealing team as an Assistant Dealer working to provide equity, bond and fund trading to clients. Kelly joined the Private Office team in 2019 and now works closely with the firm’s Private Office clients. Kelly also holds the CFA UK Certificate in Investment Management.

Naomi joined Thesis Asset Management in 2021 after graduating from Bath Spa University with a First Class Honours Degree in Business and Management. She works in the Private Office team assisting with the management of client portfolios and collective investment schemes.
